Every year, my family does an annual cookie exchange around the holidays. Everyone bakes and brings 6 dozen of their favorite cookies and we get together to eat, drink and exchange cookies. It is such a fun way to get a variety of cookies without having to bake them all yourself! Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies never fail to make an appearance every year.
Really, though, is there a better combination than peanut butter and chocolate? 😉 This is a recipe that has been in my family for decades and it never disappoints.

Not only are these cookies tasty, but they are very easy to make. The hardest part may be unwrapping all of the Hershey kisses. That’s actually my kids favorite thing to do, so I let them take care of that job (and let them sneak a few as they are unwrapping) 🙂
I’m pretty sure these Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies are the first to disappear around my house, so make sure you hide some for yourself before they are gone!
And forget making them just around the holidays….they are good year round! Give them a try for yourself 🙂
