My Love for Essential Oils

I have used essential oils for about 10 years. My sister first introduced them to me. I remember her house always smelled so good whenever I walked in. I assumed it was a candle she was burning and was very surprised to find out she was really running her essential oil diffuser.

And so it was only fitting that she bought me my first diffuser and oils that year for my birthday 🙂

To be honest, I was a little intimidated by essential oils at that time. How do I use the oils? How much do I use? Which scents do I try? How will they benefit me? A lot of questions for some little bottles of oil 🙂

I personally love the Desert Mist Diffuser. The pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful it looks, especially when lit up. It has 3 modes of diffusing (high, low and intermittent). It also has 11 individual light settings, including a candle-like flicker mode, which is my ABSOLUTE favorite!!
